Bobby’s Burger Palace in Paramus, NJ: Crunchified Burgers
Recommended by Claire Robinson
I live pretty close to Bobby’s Burger Palace yet I hadn’t heard about it until I saw it on an episode of The Best Thing I Ever Ate. My husband and I decided to try this out for lunch today and I’m so glad we did.
He ordered the Bobby Blue Burger which has blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. I ordered the Napa Valley burger which has goat cheese, watercress, and honey mustard. Claire recommended the buffalo burger but I’m not a huge fan of spicy sauces so I went with something else.
We had the burgers crunchified, which pretty much means crispy potato chips were in the burger. We also had some sweet potato fries on the side.
These burgers were very good. They made a great crunchy sound every time I bit down. They were juicy and fresh which is how I like my burgers.
The environment is a little busy but casual and fun. You also get free refills if you order a fountain drink. I would definitely recommend Bobby’s Burger Palace for any fast food lovers.
Just want to take a moment to express my love for Community and it’s fandom.
I have never loved a television series as much as I love this one. When the show is bad, it’s good and when it’s good, it’s arguably the greatest thing to appear on television. Dan Harmon’s vision and humor is no less then genius. I know people want to complain about him or the new show runners but these are the people who keep these characters alive and I’m so grateful that they do.
If the writers are the brain, then the actors are the heart. Joel, Alison, Gillian, Donald, Danny, Yvette, Chevy, Jim, Ken, and the supporting actors play these parts in a way that make you truly connect. Aside from being so talented and funny, they also reach out to their fans. For anyone who has grown up watching tv and wishing they could be a part of this world, there are no words to express what it means to know that these actors that you love and respect, appreciate your support.
And to the fandom, who fight constantly and obsessively nitpick over every detail…I’m a little in love with all of you. I don’t always agree with your opinions or the constant bickering but you do it because you love this series so profoundly that even the tiny things matter enough to irritate you. You all love Community as much as I do.
In a way, I guess we’re all a bit like Abed. We struggle to connect with others and feel really alone sometimes but through Community and also through Tumblr we’ve found a way to feel like we’re a part of something. As much as we can act like we don’t mind being loners or misunderstood being able to find something or someone to relate to means everything.

I love Jeff’s genuine laugh on the right. Not sure if it was on purpose or Joel McHale actually laughing but it was sweet.

Dear God, Please don’t let this be the last time I get to see Joel McHale and Alison Brie kiss. They’re just so good at it.
